Predprocessing video report at the blockchain pension meetup in the Ministry of Finance:

Predprocessing Ltd is becoming OpenLedger ambassodor in Russia and is going to promote its technologies here, as well as using OpenLedger as the platform for ICO — initial coin offering. We also think, that BitShares technology might be useful for building large governmental blockchains, where it is crucial not to provide the decentrilized control to the community, but rather implement some kind of semi-decentralized blockchain on the DPOS algorithm (dedicated proof of stake) where mining nodes will be controlled by governmental authorities rather than the group of non-governmental pension funds, and the law will be he code, but not the code will be the law.
